Why UCI?

UCI’s partnership with the Santa Ana FQHC aligned well with my interests in underserved and Latino health given the population served by the clinic. Location in orange county is very convenient and the weather is great.

Latino Health, Underserved Medicine, Community medicine, Sports Medicine, Women's Health, Refugee Health

Hobbies:

Soccer, Badminton, Pickleball, Squash, Muay Thai

Fun Facts:

I love languages and linguistics, Very familiar with Latin based romance languages Spanish and Portuguese fluently and French decently, and now branching out to another language family and currently learning Arabic

Future Plans:

Unsure if I will pursue sports medicine fellowship however plan to work in a community health center either in Southern California or Utah
